What exactly is TingTing?
TingTing is an AI-powered business communication suite built for businesses and institutions in Nepal. It helps automate and scale customer communication through voice calls, SMS, surveys, and AI agents.
How do I use TingTing?
For TingTing Calls, Text, and Forms, you can upload a list of phone numbers from the TingTing dashboard, set your message or voice script, and run a campaign. Can AI handle all calling and call answering tasks?
Yes, it can. Using TingTing, you can automate outbound calls, surveys, inbound FAQs, and basic follow-ups using AI. For complex or sensitive cases, human escalation can also be configured.
What does TingTing do?
TingTing enables large-scale calling and SMS campaigns, response collection, transcription, and analytics, all from a single platform. TingTing also includes AI agents that handle the first layer of communication and can easily answer basic questions.
How effective are calls compared to SMS?
Calls are more personal and attention-grabbing, making them more effective than SMS in many cases. TingTing also provides detailed call analytics, such as whether the call was answered, call duration, and failed call attempts. This makes it easier to measure campaign effectiveness. However, for simple updates and low-cost broadcasts, SMS works well.
Do people actually answer calls made using TingTing?
Call pickup rates depend on message content, call timing, and the target audience. You can test different scripts, time slots, and retry rules to improve pickup rates.
Does TingTing support only Nepali or other languages as well?
Since we are a Nepal-based company, Nepali is our primary language. We are gradually training the system in other local languages, and additional language support can be configured based on project scope.

How much does it cost?
For TingTing Calls, 1 credit is charged per call, which costs NPR 2.5. For TingTing Text, the cost is NPR 1 per SMS. For voice-based surveys, 3 credits are charged per call. For TingTing Agents, please contact our team directly.
What is a credit and what is it used for?
A credit is a unit used to measure resource usage such as voice call time or SMS. For voice calls, 1 credit equals 30 seconds of call. For SMS, 1 credit equals 1 SMS with a character limit. Each product uses credits differently: outbound calls require 1 credit per call, outbound texts require 1 credit per SMS, surveys require 3 credits per call, and inbound calls handled by AI agents deduct 5 credits.
How many credits are required for one call?
Credits are deducted based on call duration. For example, up to 30 seconds costs 1 credit, 31–60 seconds costs 2 credits, and so on.
