TingTing is an AI-native business communication suite built for businesses and institutions in Nepal. It brings together voice calls, SMS, AI agents, call center infrastructure as a complete suite so that every layer of your customer communication can be handled, automated, and understood from a single place.
How do I use TingTing?
For TingTing Calls, Text, and Forms, log into the dashboard, upload your contact list, set your script or message, and launch your campaign. API integration is also available if you want to connect TingTing with your own systems. For TingTing Agents, and TingTing Connect, please reach out to our team directly, we'll walk you through setup and onboarding. Can AI handle all calling and call answering tasks?
Yes. TingTing can automate outbound calls, surveys, inbound FAQs, and follow-ups entirely through AI. For complex or sensitive cases, human escalation can be configured so the right conversations always reach the right person.

What does TingTing do?
TingTing enables large-scale calling, SMS campaigns, response collection, inbound call handling by AI, transcription, and analytics, all from a single platform. TingTing also includes AI agents that handle the first layer of communication and can easily answer basic questions.
How effective are calls compared to SMS?
Calls are more personal and attention-grabbing, making them more effective than SMS in many cases. TingTing also provides detailed call analytics, such as whether the call was answered, call duration, and failed call attempts. This makes it easier to measure campaign effectiveness. However, for simple updates and low-cost broadcasts, SMS works well.
Do people actually answer calls made using TingTing?
Call pickup rates depend on message content, call timing, and the target audience. You can test different scripts, time slots, and retry rules to improve pickup rates.
Does TingTing support only Nepali or other languages as well?
Since we are a Nepal-based company, Nepali is our primary language. Besides that our system also supports English, Tamil, Burmese, Srilankan, and additional language support can be configured based on project scope.

How does pricing work?
TingTing uses a credit-based system for Call Broadcast, Text and Forms. Credits are consumed based on usage: call duration for voice, and per message for SMS. For TingTing Agents and TingTing Connect, please contact our team directly for pricing details.
What is a credit and what is it used for?
A credit is a unit that measures usage within the TingTing platform. For voice calls, 1 credit equals 30 seconds of call time. For SMS, 1 credit equals one message within the character limit. Different products consume credits differently - outbound calls use 1 credit per call, outbound SMS uses 1 credit per message, voice surveys use 3 credits per call, and inbound calls handled by AI agents use 5 credits.
How many credits are required for one call?
Credits are deducted based on call duration. Up to 30 seconds uses 1 credit, 31–60 seconds uses 2 credits, and so on in 30-second increments.
